Goldie was our first golden retriever, and will always have a very special place in our hearts.
She was the mother of Tug, who we kept from our very first litter of goldens, as well as our girls, Genna and Sandy,
Goldie retired and went on to enjoy a life of luxury with our friends Joe and Mary Gummerson. She stole their hearts when they were here for a visit one day, and they persuaded us to share her with them. They loved her very, very much. She was a lucky girl!
Goldie passed away in her sleep at just shy of 11 years
old on March 17, 2007. We all miss her dearly.
