Golden Retriever Rescue
Occassionally, we foster goldens who are in need of a new home.
We are not a formal Lab rescue organization, but just dog
lovers who can sometimes offer love and attention to a dog who needs care while transitioning to a new home.

If you'd like to adopt a golden retriever from a rescue program, you can
visit the Golden Retriever Club of America's web site for more information: http://www.grca-nrc.org/

RESCUE GIRL: JULY, 2007

"Zima"

Zima is a dark red, purebred field bred golden retriever, 4 years old.
Her previous owner needed to surrender her when moving.

She is a sweet girl, gets along well with out other dogs.
She was housed in a kennel until we got her, but she'd love to
become someone's housemate!

Adoption fee: The cost to spay her (can be paid directly to our vet, and must be done before she goes home), and a donation of 2 bags of dog food
(ideally 40# bags of Diamond NATURALS Lamb & Rice Adult),
which will help offset the cost to feed and care for rescue dogs in our care.
ZIMA HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!
