At Dal-Rhe, we strive to raise and train a line of outstanding working goldens that excel in the field, the obedience & agility rings, and most importantly, in the family!
The first Dal-Rhe litter was born in August, 2004, out of our sweet girl, Goldie, and a
top-producing field trial sire, Frisbie's Hi Point. "Point" sired many field trial contenders,
2 that made the Top 10 Derby list the same year we bred our Point litter. From that
breeding, we kept our golden boy, "Tug."
From Goldie's second litter out of the wonderful OTCH MACH Sunfire's Undeniable,
VCD3 UDX RAE MH WCX OBHF ADHF ** we kept "Genna" and "Sandy" as the Dal-Rhe Golden foundation girls. We also co-own "Zeus," a handsome male from this litter. Since
then, we have continued to build on these lines by bringing in healthy, talented blood
from super wonderful stud dogs.
In the summer of 2006, Danni, our very first English cocker spaniel, joined our family.
Danni is a wonderful little dog! She's a great hunter and a whole lot of fun in the field!
We credit Danni for giving us a sound beginning for our English Cocker lines, with Danni
as our foundation. In 2012, we decided to discontinue our cocker breeding program, not
because we don't feel that the breed is INCREDIBLE, but because we are not able to be at
cocker events (hunt tests / trials) and retriever events at the same time. We needed to
make a choice so we could concentrate on the betterment of the breed and our program.
From here our story unfolds! We are glad you stopped by to visit. Please take a few minutes to meet our dogs (links at left). We hope you enjoy your visit with the Dal-Rhe pack!
